Web App for COVA Spaces — Coworking in Almada, Portugal
We built the complete web application for COVA Spaces — a coworking space in Almada, Portugal — including the public site and an admin panel for managing desk, meeting room and day-pass bookings.
The Challenge
A Full Platform, Not Just a Website
COVA Spaces needed more than an institutional website: it needed a platform capable of managing the real-time availability of its resources — desks, meeting rooms and day passes — at its Almada location, letting visitors book and pay online while giving the COVA team full control from an admin panel, without relying on manual coordination.
Our Approach
How We Solved It
- Full-stack web application built in Next.js, covering the public site and the booking flow
- Supabase-powered backend for real-time management of desk, meeting room and day-pass availability
- Stripe integration for online payments, letting visitors book and pay without manual back-and-forth
- Admin panel giving the COVA team full control over availability, plans and bookings

Updating
This is a recent Web Arts project. Within the first weeks after launch, the site was already showing good visibility in Google search results — a signal of the application's technical performance (Next.js, light and fast). Additional metrics will be added here once available.
