Website for Cova Arquitetura, Architecture Studio in Almada
We built the bilingual website for Cova Arquitetura, the studio of architects Duarte Almeida and Arcelindo Gomes in Almada: a calm, minimalist site where photography and white space speak first, just like the studio's own architecture.

A Site That Breathes Like Architecture
People choose an architecture studio for its sensibility: the way it handles light, materials and the time each project needs. Cova Arquitetura needed an online presence that matched that care, introduced the studio and its partners, was ready to host its portfolio of work and made the first contact easy for anyone looking to build, renovate or open a commercial space.
Our Approach
How We Solved It
- Minimalist, editorial visual direction: light typography, wide letter spacing, stone tones and generous white space that puts photography first
- Full-screen hero with a photograph of the studio in Almada and a single line: "Architecture that reveals itself slowly."
- Projects, Studio and Contact pages, with smooth page transitions for seamless navigation
- Project enquiry form by type (housing, renovation or commercial) and location, so the studio receives qualified leads
- Portuguese and English versions, with the language alternates declared to Google
- Local SEO with structured data for the studio (Almada address, founders and Instagram) on a light, fast static site

The site presents the studio with the same calm you expect from good architecture, and it is ready to grow: as new projects are photographed, they go into the Projects page, in Portuguese and English.
